THE ROYAL SAUSAGE

Originally produced to commemorate the Royal Wedding and accepted as a Wedding Gift by Their Royal Highnesses, The Prince and Princess of Wales, and HRH The Queen Mother. This Royal Sausage has a very high meat content of which 30% is smoked bacon, and of course, fresh prime English pork, with a variety of eight spices to give a truly Regal flavour.

Originating from South Africa containing prime English pork, home cured bacon and a little prime quality steer beef, flavoured with a variety of herbs and spices and a small amount of malt vinegar.

Pork Pies

Our own hand made, hand raised pork pies are made using hot water for a crispy pastry and a traditional seasoning for a wonderful taste. We also produce stilton pork pies and apple and apricot pies.

Faggots

Our faggots are made using a 90 year old recipe handed down through the family using English pig's liver, pork, fresh onions, with a blend of our own herbs and spices. A real treat for lovers of faggots!
